The snow globe is made up of two parts,one is inside scene,the other is base scene so if you give us your designs,you need to provide us the two parts of scenes.we will check clay model step ,panting color step with you ,this two steps is main important,if you confirm this two steps,we’ll make one sample for your check ,and then arrange to the mass production.Material is polyreisn +glass,when we finish the products,we will pour in pure water,the water has a shelf life of more than two years.Our common size is 45mm.65mm.80mm.100mm and 120mm,the packing is styrofoam+white box+carton,or we can accept customer color
The production process is
1.Artwork design(We design a model based on the customer's ideas or pictures.)
2.Sculpting(make clay sculpture according to design drawings)
3.Making molds(Make molds with silicone material)
4.Moulding(Use silicone material to make the product molds)
5.Grouting(Use polyresin material grouting the product molds)
6.trimming & repairing (White body’s finished by grouting have some flaws, so need to trim and repair. )
7.spray painting(Use spray paint gun to spray the white body’s with color)
8.color painting(Also called hand painting, most small details need to be painted by hand)p
9.Packing(When products finished, pack with common box, or as customed box)
10.Loading(After packing, load the cartons goods and prepare to ship out)
